Overall the hotel is very good. The bed seem to be average and sometimes the availabilty of say like fruit could be inproved.
I will be staying again at this hotel for business. I fell safe not to mention that house keeping does a great job and always greeted me with a friendly smiile.

At the Holiday Inn SHANGHAI JINXIU they continue to focus on customer service. As a business traveler I really enjoy this hotel and the people that remember you by name and my preferences when I return. Key staff members are still the same and this is not common in the hotel industry. The staff in the executive lounge are very friendly and work hard to meet your needs, Sunny and her team always do a great job making you feel at home. I highly recommend you try this hotel…

The hotel appears to be new. The rooms are clean and very nice for Shanghai. The hotel is within walkable distance to the underground station, but it's a long walk. The hotel has two shuttles that run loops in the morning, but not in the afternoon. Strange. It seems like a no-brainer to pick people back up.
For western visitors dealing with jet lag, it would be nice if the fitness center was open prior to 6am. The internet service is also occasionally slow, but that is likely due to Chinese government interference rather than the hotel. The breakfast buffet has both Asian and Western sections, and was delicious.
