Always warm, friendly and helpfiul management and staff, backed up with good service and value. PC members receive special recognition and all the benefits and the extras for gold. One of the best features of this hotels is the large size of the rooms. Even the standard rooms are large with nice, comfortable furniture and beds, and large screen Sony LED's, alarm clocks and large bathrooms. All of the different rooms I have stayed in have been clean, well-maintained and well appointed. It is such a convenient place to stay and with the different shuttle bus services, and frequent cheap taxis, an easy location.

Check Out an absolute shambles starting with being given account for another room. Had audacity to go to the room and verify that what I had declared as being purchased from mini bar was correct, therefore they did not trust me.
Buffet lunch and dinner had exactly the same food with the exception of one dish. Food cold.
How they claim a 5 star rating is a mystery, 2 to 3 stars is even debateable.

Rooms are , bright and well equipped, great for relaxing, with big bathrooms. The large LED TV's are a real bonus.
Reception staff are attentive and fast, and all staff are pleasant and helpful.
Appreciate the restaurant is open until 11pm, and serves very nice food.
Priority Club members receive excellent treatment as well.

It's great to have an excellent and friendly hotel with quality rooms in Sharjah for regular stays. But it's even better to have a hotel that keeps upgrading its facilities and services, nice new large Sony LED's, new larger bar fridges, new phones, new multipin sockets for chargers, new amenities, new card swipe door locks, multilingual staff, and a nice bright and spacious lobby, with restaurant and cafe with Starbucks. Additionally all the wonderful benefits of Priority/IHG Club program are a bonus. It's well situated for shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, fast food and banking, with a short walk to the park on the lake. Free parking is an asset, with taxis always available, and hotel buses to the shopping mall and beach. And Sharjah is the culture city with cheap shopping!

Staff at the receptions is very good, special thanks to Mr Haytham and customers services , the food was excellent . It would be nice if the hotel provide a complementary at least pick up service from the airport for priority club members which only cost around £12 by taxi but if requested is much more expensive ?

We stayed 7 nights, we were upgraded to executive rooms, but the rooms were old and sofa was extremely full of dust. The water wasn't refilled everyday and some items in the minibar were missing. TV channels were distorted even though there were HD channels (HD TV to support were not available). Breakfast was very below average. As a vegetarian, there was only very basic available. The concierge was not knowledgeable enough to guide me to any areas or restaurants.

I had the pleasure of staying during a time while many people traveled to the region. The staff has been amazing. I had, as member of PriorityClub the pleasure of receiving a nice welcome gesture of fresh fruit and cookies, which were very welcome as I came in quite late.
I did not hesitate to invite a business partner who was treated equally well - in spite of not having a membership. The friendly receptionist and the capable service staff made the stay a real pleasure.
I will recommend the hotel and definitely come again next time.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for good service, room cleanliness and very comfortable and fresh linen beddings. The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful too. Our room attendant is also very courteous and did his job professionally. No doubt, I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
