We used this hotel as a base for travelling in and out of London during Christmas 2014,
The hotel was clean and tidy and met our needs. Also the Reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
One of the reasons we stayed here was because of the cooked breakfast. The dining area is a little dated but is clean and the food served offered a good range of choice.
We will stay here again.

Excellent staff at reception and in dealing with issues. found the heating system on the AC/Heater confusing and unable to get it to move to heat too complicated!
Breakfast disappointing with staff making us feel as though we were imposing on them because we arrived at 9.15am breakfast finished at 9.30 am . Not sure if this was final time to arrive by or food would be removed at this time. This is what happened with staff encouraging us to finish as food was being removed matter reported to reception who were helpful and understanding and indeed gave us a reduction in the price because of the above. Not good and because of this others were taking food away to their rooms for sandwiches and snacks not leaving enough for those arriving after 9.15am. Some basic presentation and items needed attention like more milk and no hot water for variety teas etc. Disappointed as we had to move from the other Holiday Inn location in Slough. Maybe it has been a busy holiday period?
