you will be asked to give your card details in order for the hotel to take money out of your account even after all bills have been paid. we were assured this would be returned within three days. WHY???? many complaints about noisy disco well into the night. room decor depressing and lighting very poor food and drink expensive but food and restaurant staff very good. reception have major problem explaining bill and why money will be taken out of account. all this could be avoided leading to a much more relaxing and pleasant stay.

Great rooms, always get status recognition without having to ask, staff encountered have always been excellent. The manager is a very visible presence, he doesn't hide away in an office and I think this is one of the key parts of the success of this hotel.
