We were disappointed in the small allocated space for the breakfast area............however, the kitchen staff was excellent and they did the best they could do under the limitations of the space.
It made it very difficult during graduation week to get a timely breakfast without leaving to go eat elsewhere.
Again, the lady (who was also in the kitchen) and had the graduation cake and other food in the foyer should be coommended for her up beat attitude and congratulations to the graduate and their family members. She should get a raise!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn in Tallahassee. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast offered was well supplied and very tasty. Overall, we had a pleasant time staying here.

Everything about the hotel was very good, especially the staff, who went out of their way to help us. Two very small downsides, first more than average noise from the highway outside our room. If we had been staying more than one night we would have asked for another room, so ask for a room at the rear of the hotel. Second, their was an excessive amount of bird droppings on the window ledge outside our room, nothing much, but something you don't want to see whilst looking out of your window. My wife casually mentioned it during checkout and the guy on the desk reduced our room rate by $18, I certainly didn't expect this, but received it with thanks, great customer service. The lady in the dining hall was very pleasant indeed, she went out of her way to help us, which was very much appreciated. Overall a very good hotel and I would definately stay again. Thank you.

Felt like i was in a old rundown joint. The facility is very old. Breakfast was poor. Must better value staying at a Motel.

i stayed at room 208 and it was clean and i had no problem with it, plus the front disk was so friendly and nice .

Hotel is well located. Main criticism is very cramed bathroom. Otherwise room is big and very comfotbale.

The staff are very helful and accomodating. I tried making reservations through the national reservation # and they were going to overcharge me for a room. I called the front desk and they quickly reserved a room for me (they can't actually reserve the room, they told me there were rooms available that I wanted and could book me as a walk-in).
When I got there I wanted a room with a fridge, they upgraded me with no hesiation or charge.
GREAT experience!
