Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by ok The hotel was ok Pro's there is a free shuttle to the hoteI. I was there for a week for a convention and some of the elevators were a bit scary they wouldn't always move when you push the buttons or not go to the floor that you wanted if someone got on and pressed for another floor. I found the room spacious but the heater after a while would blow cold air, so I was usually cold. Other guess complained there rooms was too hot. The shower floor wasn't very clean, good thing I brought a bath for my baby. And at the pool water was dripping from the ceiling glass which was rusty on the sides of it into the jacuzzi. There is no safe in the room. The restaurant was very expensive but the food was delicious. There is a no.7 bus that goes to the square 1 mall and there is a couple of restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. I would stay there but for one night not much longer. 1. März 2015

Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by good staff and location I've stayed here a few times and found it consistent for service and quality. The beds are okay but not as good as the new ones in other locations. This hotel needs some work on the elevators, they do strange things and make some weird noises. 27. Februar 2015
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by geat way to start a vacation what a great relaxing way to start your vacation without having to worry about getting to the airport in case of snow or bad road conditions, just relax and get the shuttle to the airport in the morning and pick your vehicle up when you come back, no worries 25. Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by Cleaning staff forgot to close my room door. On my second night, after spending the whole day out in Toronto, I came back to my suite. As I was coming up to the door, I noticed the suite door open. Automatically I started thinking it was a brake in. I thought my ipad was gone along with my other belongings. Well it wasn't a break in. My belongings were still there. Then I relised that it was just the cleaning crew not closing a door. It sent me on an emotional roller coaster, was not helpfull just before bed time. 24. Februar 2015
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Great guest service typical hotel room, clean with bare essentials. Hotel restaurants was quite pricy and Would have appreciated local information in room. The service however was outstanding. Concierge service as well as front desk service was very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to accommodate. I would recommend this hotel based solely on the service as well as location. Very easy to get to so close to 401 made travelling in and out quick and out of traffic. 22. Februar 2015
Rated 2,0 out of 5,0 by Disappointing I have been a long time guest at this hotel, and my last 2 visits have been disappointing. Pros: close to airport, convenient location - restaurants, highways nearby, rooms are comfortable enough. Some of the staff who have been there for some time are still fabulous and go above and beyond to help set things straight. Cons - why should the staff have to straighten things out? At check in, I was not greeted as a priority club member. Was not offered the choice of goody bag or bonus points - in fact I don't think I received bonus points for my 7 night stay. Was put in a room next to the elevator, my profile requests AWAY from elevator. I asked to be moved and was placed in a small room on a regular floor. If I was staying for one night, I wouldn't even complain...but SEVEN nights? The check in process was painful, the staff member seemed confused, inexperienced and not so friendly. Wasted quite a bit of my time to be honest. The above was resolved by 2 long time staff members, which I greatly appreciated, however I did not expect such a headache at check in. Did not receive express check out bill - had to request a copy. This is not the first time this has happened at this hotel. I was charged for parking - I thought Platinum members got free parking? I used to rave about this hotel, I may give it one more try in the future, however based on last 2 experiences - if I had not received such nice treatment at other IHG hotels, I would (and still may) reconsider my loyalty. Disappointing and very difficult for me to write a negative review as I really do appreciate some of the staff at this hotel. 21. Februar 2015
