Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by very nice city hotel And really it is: very nice well positioned city hotel. Jus few hundred meters from city center. Not so far from Toulon beach (half hour walk), Very nice, almost private, small swimming pool. Rooms and corridors needs refreshment (little bit tired), Staff is very nice and helpful, No room upgrade for Platinum members. 25. Juli 2014

Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by okay hotel. rooms too hot. Hotel is pretty standard. Major problem was the airco was ineffective. Myself and friends had 3 rooms between us all of which were too hot. Other guests had similar problems. The staff didn't really care when they were informed. 10. April 2014

However, they did not have converters for electronics as were stated on the website, and laundry facilities were not available on Mondays - which was quite inconvenient. 7. Juli 2013

Reception staff were very helpful and even gave me the use of a personal laptop when having computer difficulties. The room was clean and comfortable apart from the lumpy pillows! Some of the room cleaning staff did not seem very friendly and were reluctant to give you extra tea bags and did not replace used shampoo etc. This was mentioned to the manager and matter was sorted out very quickly. Was given a late check out on request. Bus 102 to Toulon- HYeres airport stops very close to hotel (only 1.40 Euro compared to a taxi approx 50 Euro) as does the no.40 bus to the Telepherique cable car up to Mount Faron. Lovely produce market open every day except Mondays. Overall a very enjoyable stay. 4. April 2013
Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by noisy rooms and bad internet quality the room means to be soundproof - and it is partly true; you don't hear other guests. But what you hear, and not only a bit, is the road... which is the main road of Toulon (even if the window is closed). Yes, it is a double-glaze new window, BUT! Part of the window is still open to allow ventilation - useless as well in the winter (too cold air coming in) as in the summer (too hot air coming in, wasting the air-con power). The personnel deems to be friendly - however, it is strict and will not give you any extras (like free parking, or upgrade to an executive room or reduced price breakfast - even if you book for a whole month). This is not what I can accept, and therefore - I have stayed only a few (unavoidable) days. Fitness room was not available (although stated on the website), however, after 30 minutes of hot discussion the staff finally admitted me a (free) ticket to a local (old-fashioned and outdated) gym. Only AFTER I threatened to sue them because it was a breach of the booking conditions by their part. Internet was horrible. Every day between around 19h and 23h, the internet was either inaccessible or EXTREMELY slow. Not only the WIFI, but also the computer in the lobby. Staff told me they will change this, but nothing ever happened. Location is acceptable - but still a long way to walk to the city centre/harbour (2-3 km). I can, unfortunately, not recommend this hotel. It claims to be renovated - yet the lobby is still... not inviting at all - impersonal and much too small. Even though the rooms are indeed refurbished, the problem with the noise from the road remains. No bathtub, just a shower. 20. Februar 2013
