Not quite to the normal standards of a "Full" holiday inn, more like a holiday inn express in my opinion, but location for central Turin is good and room was comfortable and staff were welcoming and helpfull

L'impatto esterno non rende sicuramente la qualità delle camere.

Ho apprezzato la disponibilità del personale; invece per il prezzo pagato la camera come descritto nel feedback non è all'altezza per quanto riguarda la gestione del riscaldamento e poi anche perchè in bagno c'è uno scarico a vista a pavimento che un giorno ha emanato cattivo odore. Non dovrebbe esserci uno scarico aperto per un hotel di questo nome.

personale molto professionale e cordiale. Parcheggio comodo. Colazione buona. Pulizia camere buona. Ottima posizione per visitare la città.

la posizione è ottima e il resto è in linea per un hotel 4 stelle anche se la colazione potrebbe èssere migliore.

Overall I would describe the hotel as average. This is particularly disappointing, as my experience prior to arrival was promising: As a platinum member, the hotel provided me with a room even though the property was sold out.
The reception area is atypically uninviting, the staff barely welcomed me and simply handed me a key. Furniture is out of date and the hotel has no atmosphere at all. IHG Rewards members do not get recognised.
My room was incredibly small and did not have a desk. As a business traveller this is unacceptable, however as I had a room in a full hotel, I was ok with this. The hotel offered to move me to another room the following day.
Very much to my regret they 'forgot' to do so and I had to have a longer than necessary discussion to convince reception that I would not simply return to my small room. According to the receptionist the hotel was once again full and nothing could be done. Eventually I/they succeed.
There are plenty of hotels in the area, which are as good if not better, so I would recommend you shop around until this hotel has had a much needed makeover.
