The location of the hotel made it difficult to have choices for local eateries. When we went to the restaurant we were told only a buffet was available.There was no offer of free internet and when purchased for iPhones or iPads it only operated for a 24 hour period when for a computer it was a 'real time' time usage. It was not close to the train station for access to Venice island and so had to pay for a bus transfer. In future will go back to staying in Padua, easy access to regular trains to and from the island.

We found the staff unfriendly, insolent and uncaring.
The bartender LUCA was downright rude. We have
Platinum status with HI and are not used to this lack of service.
The personnel at this hotel need be trained in customer service.

Hotel is in a reasonable ok area. Could be hard to find as you have to go in to petrol station to get access but there are signs. On check-in staff made an issue that I had booked double room despite having confirmed via LiveChat service it had been changed to 3 party with double and single bed. This was sorted but not without them making me feel I was putting them out by doing it. Never got offered vouchers or a drink on check-in which is part of the club membership. Hotel in the main was clean and nice. The room was basic but had everything you needed really. Free wifi is very slow and hard to do anything on it (just remember its 1 voucher per device - not per room!). Hotel has shuttle bus (10 euro return) into the town which is good value for money compared to a taxi (around 30 euro one way). Just make sure you ask the Hotel where the bus will collect you as when we asked we were told that we would see the bus but we only seen it when it drove past us and we had to call for it to come back. Any interaction I had with staff, I always felt I was being a nuisance to them, but that said they always sorted out any queries. I think they maybe just need a little more training on Customer Care.
