We had a very nice time in this hotel ,it is close enough to the city ,very clean and has very friendly and helpfull staff.

At ~7am the fire alarm started to make a very loud noise in all over the hotel.
apparently, there was a problem in the garage?!.
As a Platinum Ambassador member i expected the hotel will take full responsibility and will compensate the guests (at least myself) for this horrible event and experience.
i was up at 7am, it rude my whole day and all my business meetings went wrong.

The hotel is in good location, the rooms are clean and large - good for relaxing.
The staff is friendly, breakfast very (!) good.
All in all an 1A recommandation.

It's quiet in the night, the room was warm and comfortable.There are so much choice in the dinning room for breakfast.It's a pity that we have not more time to stay there.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Vienna South. Hotel staff was very friendly and food at the restaurant excellent. Will definitely come back.
