There was a discrepancy between what I thought I reserved and what I actually received for rooms at this hotel. The result for me was the cost of an extra room for each of the nights I stayed. The hotel management was not interested in compensation (points or otherwise) for my trouble. I am left with the distinct impression that the "customer" is NOT always right.
Hotel amenities are nice, the bartender was attentive, as was the restaurant staff. Aside from my problems with management, the service desk personnel were generally attentive.
