This hotel is a very good value overall. However, like most good value hotels service suffers after hours or early in the morning. We needed a van sized cab for all of our luggage. The one person staff at 6AM on a Saturday said he would call us one, but in the end, 20 minutes later he could not produce one. There was a guy asleep in a smaller cab, which the desk person said was the only cab available(this in Washington, DC). We could barely fit our luggage in the cab. Then to add insult to injury the cab driver claimed he had to charge us $2 a piece for the bags because they could not fit well in the cab. When I asked him to produce a fee schedule he could not do so. The most a taxi can charge for extra bags is .50. I reported him. I should also mention that there was no bellman on duty at 6AM and no help available with our luggage. Normally this is not a problem, I am happy to carry my own luggage, but this was one of those instances when a bellman was needed. The one person on duty could have cared less and made no attempt to assist us

This was our first experience at this hotel and it turned out to be much better than we expected. The room was a good size, bathroom had a good shower and a long counter with room for all our stuff.
We are unusually fussy about the bed, linens and pillows and they were all very, very comfortable.
In addition, the staff went out of their way to be helpful. We travel a lot and rarely see such a caring staff. We look forward to our next stay.

Have stayed here several times this year and each time have found the hotel staff to be friendly, helpful, courteous and have a great sense of humor. That makes it easier to be away from home. Hotel is clean and safe amenities are adequate.

We stay here all the time to visit my daighter in college. The service is excellent and I love the shuttle service. Rooms are nice and clean.

In a pricey area, easy access, convenient. And get some thin crust pizza from Romeos Cafe! Down the street.

After checking in and getting my room keys, i went to room and the door was not opening !! i had to go down again to the reception and and tell them that, they called the Maintenance to come and fix it.
The other thing that bothered me that the room AC was not working !!

This place is nice and comfortable. Room was great.

Staff at all levels very helpful.
One thing was a nuisance however, a small grumble, the wifi needed repetitive logging in.
Could this be rectified?
