Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by Solid Hotel but nothing to be excited about Upon check-in I booked a room with 2 twin beds. Apparently, even as a Platinum IHG member they decided that because I only put down 1 adult, that I should receive 1 double/queen bed instead. I couldn't believe this was there reasoning, so I had to switch rooms to the last twin they had. Due to the troubles they wavered breakfast for me but of course the hotel staff had poor communication and I almost had to argue at the restaurant to explain to her what happened. Other than this the room was your standard European hotel room. It has a nice lobby with plenty of space and the elevators are very fast. One thing I liked was that there are doors separating the elevators from the rooms to minimize noise. One thing I was surprised about was that neither of the 3 rooms I checked into, had soap bars. I phoned the front desk and got a few bars but this was the first hotel I've stayed at without soap in my room. The location is great if you're attending a game and/or want to shop at the stores right next door. If you plan on heading into the city, however, it is a good 10-15 minute walk in either direction to get to the nearest tube station. And if its raining (remember we are in London) you might want to take a taxi. Overall the hotel was solid, I would stay at it again for a good price but it is not one I am committed to stay loyal to. 14. August 2014

Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by London Visit Used my points for this brief stay. After arriving on Eurostar, was an easy trip on Metropolitan line to Wemebly Park, with fast services with only 5 stops. Hotel is quite a walk from Wembly Park, but regular and frequent bus services from Tube Station to right outside hotel if needed. Was excellent value with oyster card, as if used after 9.30 am, maximum is 8 pounds a day unlimited useage. This would enable multiple trips to London and return if required for a freshen up in Hotel before exploring the West End at night 12. August 2014
Rated 2,0 out of 5,0 by Not IHG loyalty friendly This property is not suitable for Platinum or other Elite level programmes of IHG. In fact it seems that they do not even recognise the IHG Programe. I recently fell in a trap where they refused to give me an upgrade which I am entitled for on availability. They put me to a floor called Priority Club members floor which is like any other floor and found out several non members also were put up there but their standard practise is to say they have no availability. They do not offer free breakfast to Platinum memebers and don't even have an executive floor or lounge. Housekeeping is very is lousy. They don't have enough towels in the bathroom and during my stay even soaps were not available. I had to actually go to the nearby Tesco store to buy soaps. Their gym is good but congested. I have a dispute with them on for the welcome bonus points for PC memebership as they are trying very hard to refrain from offering me the points for my second reservation but I will fight till the last for the benefit entitled to me. 11. Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Fantastic stay with great staff and customer service. We came for a short family break with our 4 children and had an exceptional stay. We have stayed in various hotels across the country but all the family agreed that this has been one of the best hotels. We have never done a review before but felt we needed to for this one as our stay was so enjoyable. The hotel reception was very clean when we arrived. The staff were very welcoming. The rooms too were very clean and stylish and well equipped. (eg having an iron in each room made a difference and wifi kept all kids happy). Breakfast was amazing and the quality and variety exceeded our expectations. The personal service we received from the lady on breakfast reception as well as from Patricia was exceptional. They always had a welcoming smile in the morning and made sure our cups of coffee were always full. We were quite capable of getting our own cups of tea/ coffee but the extra service and personal touch was greatly appreciated. Car parking facilities are excellent and good price. The good size swimming pool and gym were greatly appreciated and an excellent facility to make use of (the young lady on pool reception was always very welcoming). Location very handy. Close to stadium etc. Good cinema, shopping mall (Designer outlet centre) nearby with a handy kids play area. 2 Tube stations within walking distance. Lots of local shops and eating places as well as high street big names nearby so overall excellent hotel with excellent staff. There were so many good staff but finally would like to say thank you to Rukhsana for helping us during our stay. Would definitely return and would definitely recommend. 10. August 2014

Our special thanks and compliments are going to Quinn at the service desk. She contributed to an unforgettable Holiday in Londen . We definitely will visit again , Thank you Quin 7. August 2014
