stayed for one night on priority points and received a free upgrade to a better room which was fantastic - thank you. the room was fantastic with great views too! Receptionist was also very nice and exceptionally well mannered and well dressed - (forgotten name sorry!).
The only minor downside was that we were out all evening at an event and planned to have a couple of drinks on our return to relax - which was at 1130 ish. The bar however closed at 12:00 which was a little surprising as I thought they stayed open as long as needed. In fairness to the waitress though, she did ask us if we wanted another drink before she closed.

My experience on room allocation is disgusting, double room is paid for but always given twin rooms. Can't relax on single bed and its a poor experience, keeps waking up and end up feeling tired. Your reception staff are poor and needs to improve on this grave concern. Poor service such as this was the reason we left one holiday inn and game to this one.

Had a great stay here, arranged an early check in, and we were welcomed by Reception Staff, Platinum Status was recognised. We were allocated a nicely refurbished room, carefully modernised bathroom with quality fittings and a well decorated bedroom. Did the Wembley Stadium Tour and was also impressed at the Designer Outlet Shopping complex with it's good selection of eateries. Breakfast service was excellent despite the Hotel being very busy. Staff were attentive in their service and the hot buffet well replenished. Lovely big pot of tea to share too. Checkout was equally efficient again very high volume of guests but well marshalled by staff. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting the Capital especially arriving by car. Thanks for making our visit so pleasant.
