Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable friendly place to stay. Have stayed here for business and pleasure several times this year, the staff are always friendly, smiling and helpful. Check in is always simple and efficient and gives a great start to the stay. The only negative is the rooms are starting to feel a bit tired and the A/C in a couple of rooms makes enough noise to disturb your sleep. 08 December 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Looking Hotel... scope for improvement The hotel looks really good but the rooms, especially the bathrooms needs proper maintenance and cleanliness. My rooms's bathroom was not cleaned properly during my stay. The balcony sliding door was stuck and difficult to open. Overall it was good but I was expecting it to be better inside as the outside packaging was wonderful. 02 December 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall Good Experience I have stayed at a couple of other Holiday Inns, but this was my first stay at Holiday Inn, Al-Khobar. Except airport pick-up, had an overall good experience. Room Service, response to requests, food, etc. was good. I would like to make a special mention of Mr. Dulala and Mr. Enayaat from housekeeping. They are both simple, very courteous and very helpful. These are the people who impressed me rather than front office staff. Their was one more person from Housekeeping but I am unable to recollect his name. The restaurant staff are helpful but not proactive. Dinner Buffet was very good, though I felt a bit expensive. I am a Gold Premier IHG Member, but never felt anything like it, except for the free wi-fi. Wi-Fi was very good. Overall a good experience 16 November 2014
