Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst experience -strictly not recommended Strictly not recommended. Worst service even more than half hour to serve blank plates. Room cleaning very bad. Very rude staff behavior and unnecessary argument for delay in service or if you ask for proper room cleaning. Mini bar not maintained, sometimes you can find used or open stuff. If vegetarian then never even think of. 06 September 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to stay. Excellent Service. Food id great, Umm Ali is beautiful. The only downer is you need transport to get to closest Mall but this is only 5 minute drive and taxi can be arranged by hotel. Also my room was above ballroom so was quite noisy on some nights due to weddings. I guess if I asked to move this would not have been a problem. 29 August 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Great Staff but need furniture need serious renewal I always stay at this hotel, great location and great staff especially the reception guys are very helpful and kind. However, the hotel is getting old and rooms need urgent refurbishing and new furniture almost everywhere. Frankly, if the hotel doesn't update itself I'll start using other hotels nearby like the Raza Intercont. or others. The management can't just rely on the great staff they have and customers like myself can't keep staying at this hotel when the furniture isn't fit for purpose anymore. Best Ibrahim 13 August 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Vacation Room furniture is too old although i had joniour suit. Path room was not cleaned well !! (Dirty water closet). TV channel signal was too bad and really no kids channels. When I had breackfast, they insisted to pay them cash while they should charge in room bill. There is no secured and shaded parking specially when they told me it is under my responsibility although it is 2 meters away from the entrance. 02 August 2014
