It appears to have underwent a renovation, but did not include the 2nd floor I stayed on. The rooms were fine, but the noise level and scent of smoke and mustiness were significant. All other areas of the hotel were very clean and staff very accommodating. May 23, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Our brief stay in Washington DC The hotel was nice and comfortable with a very nice and helpful staff. The only real problem was the unreliable metro system adjacent to the hotel. The metro station is conveniently located next door to the hotel but it is an unreliable system that caused us extended travel times on several occasions, so we were late getting to attractions and also getting back to the hotel. Be prepared for unscheduled track repairs, rush hour and other problems that come up DAILY that will negatively affect your travel times significantly. Getting back to the hotel, we had no problems with the hotel and enjoyed our stay. May 14, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Buen Hotel Buen hotel en general y muy bien ubicado si uno quiere conocer DC ya que tiene un acceso muy cerca al metro. El barrio donde se ubica es tranquilo sin muchas cosas que hacer si uno anda a pie. Si se tiene disponibilidad de auto es muy cómodo para recorrer los alrededores de DC y Alexandria. Mi único comentario es que lo encontré un poco caro como relación precio/calidad, sin embargo las tarifas eran similares a varios hoteles de la zona y bastante mejor que en washinton DC. May 10, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Breakfast Service The stay was ok. Rooms and bathroom very small. Made the mistake of trying to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Should have left after it took us 10 minutes to get a menu. The staff barely spoke English and had trouble communicating. When someone finally took our order it took another 45 minutes to get our food. This was for eggs and sausage. There were other upset patrons all around us. Skip the breakfast if you choose to stay here! May 3, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Place Enjoyed our stay. There was no business center available as advertised, but the front desk was happy to print our ballgame tickets for us when we checked out. The accommodations suited our stay perfectly. Hotel is in a great location-within walking distances of eating establishments, movies and the metro. The free parking was a plus! The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was small but sufficient. They are still undergoing some renovations, but that did not impact our stay. The slamming room doors in the morning was somewhat annoying not sure if that was cleaning staff or guests, but don't suppose there is anything that can be done about that! Overall this was a nice place and decent value. I would stay again. May 3, 2016
