Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 axcellent bed & good service it was that I use to stay with Holiday Inn / Amman . in general the properties are in good condition it may need to take a good care for the Bathroom status it may be rearranged with complete staff material & equipment. 05 November 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Extremely disappointed I only stayed for 2 nights but I am Very disappointed for the following reasons: 1. Cockroach in the bathroom 2. TV was not working and had to be fixed by maintenance 3. Safe was broke and had to be fixed by maintenance. 4. The sink was blocked and was not fixed all through my stay. 5. The staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean, location is great, and it's an excellent value for money. Too many things in the room not working, towels are old, people are trying to help but you can't give a life to a dead person. I will try to avoid in future. I prefer to go to lower category hotel but will get better value for money. 07 September 2014

Reception is very friendly and helpful.The guest relation offered me to join in the ihg membership which was a great idea especially that I travel a lot.A fruit basket was there as well. Clean rooms a bit old especially the bathroom that needed major maintenance. Location is just perfect ,walking distance form the main street. 07 September 2014

Some of the things that need attending to is the loud sound of the air conditioning in the room, and the service quality and variety of food at breakfast. Room service was excellent.The room itself was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning unit worked perfectly well throughout my stay.I slept very well. bathroom was cleaned thoroughly every day and was given any additional towels whenever I needed them. 04 July 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Never again This was a terrible stay in this holiday inn amman. The lobby had dirty worn out furniture the glass panes over looking the city on the 11th floor were so dirty we couldn't see out. Our mini bar in our room was not working so nothing was cold. When I complained I was told that it was only a cabinet not a fridge huh? It was plugged in and the light was on. We were told our 110 ++ jd rate included breakfast but after we ate they told us it wasn't included they made us pay 14 jd per person for an awful cold breakfast wher for that kinda of money in Amman I would have taken 4 people to a much better resturaunt. When I asked for a manager this young lady came out who didn't act like a manager and all she could say is sorry but there's nothing we can do for you. I expected her to say sorry and to keep you happy we will pick up your breakfast but she didn't. I'm not cheap and I spend money on my vacations. They can ask their employees I tipped them all and I even left money to the person that cleans the room. But good business since they should offered to do something. 5 years ago I stayed in the same place it was much better then much cleaner and much better service. Something changed its run down. I even told the clerk to clean his counter there was white flaky construction material on there right Infront of guests coming up to front counter. We will never go back again. 24 June 2014
