It not my first stay in Holiday inn Amman which for sure one of my first chooses in Amman and what i like is every time they improving the services adding some small details makes the experience more comfortable, this visit they introduce complete dedicated check in room for IHG members which makes the check in very easy and comfortable .

The location of the hotel is very convenient,
Very friendly staff, excellent guest relation department & managers.
The only comment is if they have a better restaurants , as only one main restaurant isn't very convenient.
I do recommend this property to all who's planning to visit Amman/Jordan .

Staff at reception are not very helpful except duty manager. Hotel in General is too old and needs a lot of renovation . Not very clean.

Overall the stay was nice. All the staff are very helpful. The room is very nice. The hotel location is good. I had a problem with the internet connection and they called the IT manager trying to resolve the issue.
I appreciate their doing but the problem was not solved. I had to wait for the next day to meet one of their staff. The IT team work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The problem could be very specific to Linux users connecting to internet through their wireless netwrok, for some reason the DNS was not working! I had to buy 3G package and access the internet through the phone.

Over all stay was excellent prime location with easy access to other places and restaurants.
Friendly atmosphere and staff are very helpful, food and beverage excellent, and I was able to relax and enjoy the benefits of being a member of IHG rewards Club.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel thanks to clean, spacious and quiet room. Staff was very efficient and explained my privileges as Priority Club Gold member.
I would like to suggest following for increased comfort:
- Time piece
- 250ml complementary drinking water bottles.
- News paper delivery to the room

I expected very little because of the reviews I read, but from the moment I stepped into the hotel to the day I checked out, the hotel staff has been one of the most hospitable staff I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. Thank you very much. I know where to stay if ever I find myself back in Amman.

During our visit to Jordan, they stay at the Holiday Inn Amman was not the best.
The only good thing about the hotel was the mattress and pillows. Otherwise, nothing was nice.
We would not recommend it.

Very good hotel. Buf if you want to shine your shoes with the machibe you have to go to the 12th or 13th floor. That was very strange instead of having one o each floor or at least nearby the main entrance.

I was not impressed with my experience. The UNUSED towels in the bathroom had hair on them upon my arrival. The staff were not pleasantly friendly. Upon my arrival they said they did not have the king size bed available and offered me a down-grade to a queen size. I personally do not care for the difference; it was an issue of offering a down-grade instead of an upgrade. Then what would be the reason for me to book something and reserve it using my credit card if it is not going to be available? There was no shuttle from airport to the hotel. The internet is not free. There were stains on the carpet. The vertical blinds did not close completely. One night for me was enough to relocate. I personally do not believe this hotel should be categorized as a five-star hotel.

I am a recently joined rewards scheme customer and we hoped to get a good deal at the hotel for the one night that we stayed. The hotel was virtually empty that night and our room rate was disappointingly high. Having come to Jordan for a wedding and stayed at a 5 star hotel in Amman and an IHG group hotel at the Dead Sea on very good rates, and both hotels were very busy, I was very disappointed with the best rate with breakfast that we were offered in comparison!
The room was clean and comfortable but we did not have face cloths or a small towel and there was no plug plunger for the basin so no means of filling the basin; not very environmentally friendly.
Having said that the staff were very helpful and friendly
