Inviting hotel with most amenities provided for a relaxing stay on my business trip. This hotel would be my most likely choice in Anderson, SC. Staff was wonderful

My son and I checked in around 9pm and we immediately went to sleep on the nice King sized bed.
When leaving, the front desk printed a road map for me to get from SC to AL.

We booked this stay due to a family member having a health emergency and being admitted to a nearby hospital. We reserved the room online and checked in five hours later. The front desk staff was attentive and helpful, especially when we needed to extend our stay by one additional night. The availability of the lobby cafe made our stay much easier, as we were not required to leave the premises to enjoy a meal. Every hotel staff member was pleasant and tried to accommodate our requests quickly. The room was clean and comfortable, with updated furnishings and plenty of outlets for charging electronics. This stay exceeded our expectations, and we will stay at Holiday Inn whenever possible in our future travels.

Everything is pretty avg as far as IHG goes. My current issue, 4 days after inquiring about and emails to management, is that I was overcharged. Made a reservation for 2 weeks, checked out after 4 days and charged for the full 2 weeks. I have been emailing the receipt when I checked out to management but they seem to be taking there time. Why isn't the receipt being printed and recorded to checkout automatically linked to check out records???
