Very friendly staff. The location is good. This hotel has shuttle service every 15 minutes from and to the airport.

Disappointed there was no pool to relax by.
Overall a nice place to stay. Staff was friendly.
Never stayed in a big metro area before so I was surprised to find that I'd be charged extra to park in the hotel parking garage.
Online reservation booking was really easy.

tub did not drain. clean rooms, staff was nice, good food except the sausage links tasted like plastic, price was decent,parking was great, the hallway needed to be cleaned better.

el hotel bien, la comida es muy cara en el restaurante adscrito al hotel. El servicio de shuttle es malo en la recogida, se demora mucho. Se siente uno miserable en el Reagan Airport.

When I first arrived around 3:00pm my room was not ready. However, my colleague's room was ready. The individual helping me after looking around on the computer called over a red headed manager-like person, who then together messed around on the computer. About 15 minutes later while standing to know where my room would be I was given a room and the paper work which included the Wi-Fi access code. The room given to me was Room 111. This room should be removed from being a guest room. It is the room adjacent to the exercise room. Every morning, late afternoon, and late evening hotel guests exercising on treadmill would make the room literally jump, up and down. I would get nauseated if I was standing or sitting on the chair. The only way not to feel the jumping was to stay on the bed. The banging of the weights was almost constant, between each other and on the floor, “bang” and “ding ding, bang”…! Very dissatisfying room! Oh and additionally, when I walked in the room I had to immediately jump online to be on a conference call/webinar at exactly 3:30pm. I immediately tried to get online. No go! The access code was rejected. After trying multiple times and re-booting my laptop, I finally called the front desk and told them my online problem, I could not get online. The hotel front desk told me to re-boot again. No help! I called the front desk again and told them my access code was being rejected. The front desk person told me “well of course, this code is an old code”. I told them that it had just been given it to me. She said that it was last week’s code. The new code worked. Now how was I supposed to know that I was given a bad code. I simply got online after everyone on my team had gotten on the webinar and were all waiting on me, 3:36pm.

The room was clean but a bit small. The internet disconnected repeatedly. The elevators were extremely slow and we were on the eleventh floor so, we spent a lot of time waiting for them. The laundry room was very small, barely enough room to turn around in. The restaurant was okay. Food was okay but, overpriced. The pool was closed and looked to be in disrepair. They did not tell us that before. As I was checking out, they said that we could have gone to their sister hotel to swim (didn't tell us that before) but, I don't think that you should have to change locations to swim. Ridiculous! There are not any decent restaurants nearby. While the staff was courteous and friendly and the housekeeping staff was efficient, I will not stay there again. The value is just not there considering the price that they charged.

This Holiday Inn is very convenient to Reagan National Airport. The shuttle service that is provided is prompt and dependable. We stayed a night on both ends of our trip, so it was nice to leave our car in the hotel parking garage instead of the airport lot. The burgers in the bar were great and the diner breakfast was delicious.

We are in our 70s, all staff tried to help us in a friendly and efficient way. The shuttle every 15 minutes to the METRO was a great plus. Cleanliness seemed to be first on all the staff minds. Food in the bar and breakfast room was first class.

Room was quite shabby though serviceable; does not lead to a confidence in the management of this location that these conditions haven't been rectified. Not the most conveniently accessible location unless you have a car.

The Hotel stay was pretty good, The cleaning staff should be a little more detailed when cleaning bathroom, as there were obvious spots on walls and above sink that could have been taken care of.
The Hotel Manager Yannick was very helpful and accommodating.
The Front desk staff upon check-in was not very friendly but we had the complete opposite when checking out. overall very pleasant stay.

Was pleasantly supprised how nice this property was. The front desk staff were proficient and friendly. Room was updated. Internet was very fast, but may have had something to do with the late hour I used it. Next to McD for late night coffee or snack. Great. Very nice snacks and sundry items available for purchase near front desk. I didnt buy anything but it well covered basic needs. Good to know it was there. Pricing was fare, although I was hoping they would honor the pick airline discount I was given for my cancelled flight.

This hotel is a good place to stay if you're visiting the DC area. It is clean, and the beds are comfortable. The food in the restaurant is a bit over-priced so I never ate there, but everything else was ok.

My wife and I stayed 1 night here before catching a flight home. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable and the restaurants served good food. Shuttle only 5 minutes from airport so very convenient.

This is an older hotel. The parking garage is not large vehicle friendly! Narrow ramps and tight corners. The hotel was clean. We did have to switch rooms. The first room was not very clean and there was a hole in the wall behind the door as if the door had been pushed open too hard. The second room was much better. The location was within walking distance of a lovely little street of several boutique restaurants. Everything from India to Mexican to Ethiopian. The hotel was quiet and the common areas were clean. We did not eat at the hotel. Why should I with all the little restaurants to choose from just a few blocks away?

I left an order for room service on the door. When I awoke, my bill and the order had been pushed under the door. Maybe I put the order on the door a little after 11:30, but not much. I found the order after I got out of the shower. I called the front desk and my order was sent up but arrived 15 minutes later than I had wanted it and 30 minutes after I had called. Maybe that is good service, but it put me behind. When I went to check out and pay for the breakfast the person at the front desk was unable to help me because it was not posted to my account. The van to the metro was ready to leave so I did not have time to print my boarding pass. That made my trip to the airport at the end of the day more stressful. Maybe I was not allowing enough time, but the service did not help.

The rooms were clean. Considering we were located near an airport, the rooms were extremely quite and minimal sound could be heard from others staying at the hotel. The mattress, linens and pillow were very comfortable and we were able to have a great night sleep.

On vacation stay at the Crystal City National Airport Hotel. The shuttle service from/to the airport and to the nearby metro stop made the daily trips to DC attractions and Reagan airport easy. For those who would prefer a taxi, there was almost always one waiting at the hotel.

Find another site for your business and leisure stay in DC. No shuttle service to Metro. No comp breakfast. Staff unresponsive. Rooms may not be readily upon stated check in times. Breakfast was over priced, there is a McDonalds next door and I don't eat there. Parking deck was tricky dont cut it close. Have stayed in IHG properties across this country and others, by far the worst experience.

While this hotel is located close to Ronald Reagan Airport (DCA) it doesn't provide any ammenties for priority club members. The shuttle bus service was good and operated as scheduled.

This hotel was a spur-of-the-moment choice that turned out to be WONDERFUL. It was close to our car rental and a fast food place for my 13-year-old nephew. (Someday,I will be traveling alone or with grown-ups and will be able to try out the restaurant.)
The staff could not have been nicer. We reserved just the night before, and they scrambled to find the perfect room for an exhausted kid and his equally tired aunt.
This hotel is an easy hotel bus ride from the airport. I would stay here again especially if I were visiting DC and wanted to be near a car rental for a quick trip out of town.
The nearby neighborhood was a safe place to walk with its lovely yards and brick houses.

This hotel is well maintained and had an excellent lunch and dinner menu. The staff was great, particularly the front desk staff. I arrived into DC Regan Airport early and drove to the hotel, which incidentally is only 2-4 minutes away. Patricia checked me in and even though I was early she was very accommodating and made sure I got a room to suit my needs as well as suit my Platinum status. I was also very impressed with Yanick. He was very professional, very well dressed, and was able to take care of an immediate need I had at the time. He even remembered my name outside of the Hotel a few days later. This hotel has a very International staff representing countries such as Germany, Ukraine, and S. Africa, as well as the States. It location is very good being walking distance to the metro for DC, eateries, and a CVS. If walking isn't your style, they are right next door to a 24 hr. McDonald's. The parking charge per day is a bit high but given the area, it's understandable.
The food was pretty much non standard H.I. fare and was well prepared and tasty.
I travel on business and stay in hotels around the globe and this one will be revisited by me again the next time through.
