Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room Over all the property and room were great. I did mention to the front desk staff that they need to tell house keeping to move the bedside tables and clean behind them. I thought that I had dropped the remote control off the bed in the middle of the night and when looking for it I noted that there was trash behind the bedside table. I was not going to touch it and left it there and informed the front desk. The room looked clean but when you find this you question. I enjoy staying at Holiday Inns and will continue. Thank you. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff & great location My family vacation to Washington D.C. was awesome and the Holiday Inn Rosslyn played a big part in it. The staff was very friendly and informative about their location and the surrounding area. This hotel is about a block from the Metro station which made going back and forth to D.C. very convenient. I highly recommend this location and its staff if you plan to visit Washington D.C. May 17, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NEVER-STAY HOTEL by POOR STAFF SERVICE The staffs at the front were very poor. Please keep in mind that there are no bottled water available in the hotel. The staffs kept asking us to check the vending machine on every floor every night, but we found every floor had no bottled water in stock. They were never sorry to us. The staffs at the front never smile from checking-in till check-out. When answering any question, they are never kind or soft. Please don't expect kindness and the good service at the hotel. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Service and food are great but Cleanliness and the conditions of the hotel are poor I always liked to stay in this hotel but this time I was very disappointed. Last time I was there a year ago. The room we received was not clean. The garbage was still there,and the used soap was on the sink. As I said that the staff was very helpful. They moved us right away to another room on the lower floor. The room was clean but everything is outdated and requires repairs. The breakfast is always good on the top floor of the hotel with the view of the Georgetown. I think this is only one good thing which attracts people to come. This hotel needs some work. May 15, 2015

Nice modern hotel accomodation with free wifi, room safe, tv, shower/bath, air-con/heating and coffee making facilities. Loved our stay and the breakfast had an adequate buffet. Above all we found the check in/check out and restaurant staff who were very friendly, caring and interested in our custom. Would recommend. Thank you. May 15, 2015
