Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent stay and good value Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn was good. I am in a wheelchair and found the disabled room I was given was clean and spacious. However, it would be nice, when booking, to be given the choice of a 'wet room' or a bathroom with a bath. Not all disabled guests can get into a bath. I had a disabled room with a bath. I checked with Reception and the Hotel only had disabled rooms with a bath and didn't actually have 'wet rooms' . I'm not sure if it is also the case in other Holiday Inns not to offer 'wet rooms'. 23 April 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by one nights stay We stayed at the Ashford North Holiday Inn after a long drive from Switzerland and came through the tunnel so it was a convenient stop. The room was lovely. We left feed back at the hotel One of the electric sockets by the desk was not working it didn't affect us but might the next guest.. As we don't drink tea or coffee it would be nice to have some hot chocolate sachets in the room. 17 April 2015
