Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasantly Surprised The hotel staff was extremely helpful upon our arrival. We arrived earlier than normal check time, but one of our two rooms was ready so the staff checked us in that room so we had a place to relax until the second room was ready. The young man at the desk recommend a wonderful restaurant within walking distance of our hotel, and gave us directions to our sporting event from the hotel. After our sporting event about 10 members of our group came back to the hotel for dinner, the hotel restaurant was close to closing time, but they made accommodations for us. Our waitress stayed late in order to serve us dinner and drinks. She was extremely professional and courteous. All in all we had a wonderful time, and greatly appreciate the service we got from the hotel staff. 20 January 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Didn't honor reservation We were not given the executive king, but instead put in a deluxe king and had to use a roll away for our third person. The hotel was full and very much hallway traffic and noise. We were moved into the correct room for our second night after most of the hotel checked out. The sofa bed did not have bedding and after waiting an hour, a walk to the lobby was necessary to get bedding. We were given a discount on our first night and after the additional issues with noise, no fan on heater and no working tv, we were promised 5000 additional rewards points. 08 January 2015
