Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Third time!!! This is the third time in the last few weeks that I have stayed at this location and I would certainly recommend it, even with the minor problems I've had each time. This time, the ice maker on my floor was leaking and did not work. I had to go to other floors in order to get ice. Also, the thermostat control in my room said the battery needed to be replaced. That is something housekeeping should make note of and call to the attention of management. Again, really need to do something about light pollution coming into the rooms at night, both from outside and from the hallway. Room was not dark as it should be at night for sleeping. Also, really need to work on the fitness center here. Equipment was not in good condition and room was unbearably hot with no way to adjust it or improve air circulation. Definitely need to update it!! February 8, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Shuttle was out of service Chamel at the Front desk was very friendly and helpful. When I showed up in my room and went to take a shower there was a dirty wash rag hanging on the shower curtain. The rod was not hung to keep the curtain closed. While trying to take a shower constantly the shower curtain would fall to the center. Day two housekeeping did not leave me clean towels but took my dirty ones. The cabinet to the fridge had a broken hinge and was hanging off. I had ants on my night stand. On Monday, I went to training on the shuttle, I called to get picked up and they told me the shuttle was out of service and I would have to call a taxi and I would have to pay for it. This is an amenity you all offered at the hotel, thus the reason I stayed here. The hotel did not offer to help with any part of transportation. Even after talking with the front desk after I finally got back to the hotel. They could not tell me when the shuttle would be running again and still would not compensate me for the inconvienence. I had training all week a taxi would have cost me 20 dollars a day at least. Another $100 I did not budget to have to spend. There were 3 of us going to the same training and all staying with this hotel. We then ended up checking out early due to the fact the hotel was not willing to help with the situation. Lost 3 rooms for 3 nights, as a manager at a hotel I would have found a way to compensate these guest to not lose that kind of business. I ate dinner at the restaurant one night my server was rude, she didn't even really speak to me. The food was terrible. Over cooked steak and under cooked vegetables. I got up one morning to go to the lobby and found tables covered in beer cans and trash from the previous night at the bar. The bar had been closed for at least 7 hours and nobody even cleaned it up. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding I travel quite a bit for a living. I am in hotels over 200 nights a year. Last year I stayed off and on at this hotel for approx 90 nights. The year prior approx. 60 nights. I am back here now for approx 3 weeks. The staff is outstanding. Everyone I have encountered here has that, Please, can I help you? Attitude! The rooms are very comfortable and the location has been great for me. I can't give enough praise to them so I am going to stop and just say Thanks for everything. January 28, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Pretty Good Overall for Business Travel This is a pretty good hotel. Rooms are upgraded and nice. Had some issues with keys and housekeeping but issues were resolved well. Restaurant is ok, not a great menu. I will return next time I am in Atlanta. January 26, 2016
