We stayed in this motel when our flight was delayed because of its close proximity to the airport. The rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities required for a nice stay. The buffet breakfast was very good and had a great range of hot and cold dishes. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The only problem we encountered was a slow internet connection.

The stay was not pleasant at all. The room was freezing cold, the in-room dining menu choice is very limited, the internet connection is terribly slow and top it the checkout person printed out the wrong bill and only realised it when I was waiting for the taxi. I will not stay at the HolidayInn Auckland Airport anymore.

I do object to being charged a credit card fee as this is part of being in business and should be included in the overall cost of staying.
I have been in business for many years and feel that clients are paying too much for this charge.
