Hot food was cold, tasteless on the buffet.
Have yet to receive my hotel receipt via email as promised.
I would give your facility a second chance due to cost.

Staff was helpful and friendly. breakfast was on time and very good. Will use this hotel for next years Masters visit.

Attempted to call the front desk Saturday to inquire about a possible cancelation and their policy on Sunday. Called the front desk 17 different times that day without an answer. Called the 800 number to which I was told I would need to contact the front desk to answer my question. I was able to pull my confirmation email and cancel the reservation there in hopes it could be settled at the front desk when we arrived. On our 5 hour drive to this location Sunday I called the front desk and was finally able to speak with a receptionist. I was told that there was no refund available which is understandable and completely fine. I asked then if the room was still available the 2 of us would take advantage and just sleep in the original planned rooms. Apparently the information to look room info up was locked and not able to be seen. Fine again, we’ll sleep back in the one room and call a manager Monday, which was suggested by the gentleman at the front desk. I grabbed a card on my way out the next morning and called the Assistant GM. She returned my call shortly after and again explained that there was no refunds for canceled rooms. Again, I completely understand. At this point I’m calling trying to feel better about paying for a room and being at the front desk and not being able to use it. I’m thinking maybe I can get a credit voucher since everything was left up in the air and unresolved the night of the stay. Mind you, I was told the rooms were blocked off and could not be viewed by anyone there for occupancy or availability. The Assistant GM then noted that her home phone number was located at the front desk and that I should have called her to resolve that night. First of all….. I didn’t see a number and no one from the front desk pointed me in the direction of this sign. Second…. I don’t know this lady personally but god forbid some stranger call my wife at home with a sleeping baby at 11:30 PM. I don’t know her circumstances!!!! Any decent person would avoid calling her house unless her place of work was on fire. For her to lean on the response “You should have called my house” is ridiculous. It was a dismissive remark that kept her from doing her job which is customer service/hospitality. I have never in my life filled out a positive or negative survey for anyone until today!! I speak with frontline managers every day. If I showed up and heard my employees talking to customers that way there would be some serious training that would take place. I’ve also left a VM with the GM who had his business card displayed and have yet to get a call returned. Disappointing to run into issues like this when most are on vacation or work when staying with you.

Stayed at this location due to proximity to the golf course and only takes 10 minutes to get to club. This hotel was very clean and the bathroom was well light. Mostly impressed with the size of the walk in shower. Will definitely stay at this location next year.

Nice hotel and very nice staff. Our mattress was uncomfortable but other than that, the room was nice.

It is rare I have any problems at the Holiday Inn Hotels. If there is one where I am going, I pretty much always stay there.

Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by a friendly lady, she was very attentive to our needs. We had 9 children and 3 adults in our group and they enjoyed themselves very much. We had an exciting time at the pool area. Water was nice and clean and had plenty of towels for the children. Sleeping was wonderful, and breakfast was great. Thanks for a great stay!

We rented a suit with a couch. Room felt like a large handicap room. Was so plain that it felt like a nice hospital room. The room came with free breckfast but when we went down at 1015 it was all closed up and found out that it is only open till 10. Over all the pool was nice, and the place was ok. Definitly not a 4 star hotel. Might be 3 star because of the pool. Place seemed to be understaffed
