Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome Experience and wondeful stay I came in tired from my trip and was quickly checked in. My stay was very pleasant and breakfast was wonderful and hot every morning. Staff was very friendly always greeting me as i arrived for the evening. I must say I will return due to one staff member that went above and beyond and kept a smile the whole time. My bill was incorrect due to my own mistake and April took the extra time to make all the corrections which took sometime but she did it and still managed to answer the never ending ringing phone. This correction saved me a very generous amount of money. Thank you April I look forward to seeing you again in the near future. 03 September 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room, pleasant staff Stayed for 5 nights for a conference. Nice rooms and staff was accommodating and friendly. The breakfast could have been a bit better, but for being "free" with the room, it wasn't bad. Only thing I thought was in dire need of improvement was the condition/smell of the carpets inside of the elevators and the hallways! The room was fine, but I dreaded having to take the elevators each day! 01 September 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Pleasant Surprise for a Change!!! Booked this hotel expecting the usual over-priced, low-value boxy room, sloppily cleaned and made up. What a pleasant surprise from the moment we walked in. A large lobby, wide hallways, and a spacious guest room fully furnished and with adequate room to actually get around and not feel confined. And everything was spotlessly clean! Perhaps the biggest surprise was the two meal chits provided with our guest room cards. These were for a free hot breakfast in an actual dining room with a buffet line laden with everything you could expect from a restaurant...freshly scrambled eggs. bacon, sausage, various fruits, juices, breads and waitresses bringing you coffee, etc.. What a great way of starting the day after years of getting sparse faux foods and stale carbohydrates for the "free" breakfast. The staff members were exceedingly friendly and helpful and actually cared! We returned a week later and everything was the same. What a great stay. P.S. My wife wanted to steal the mattress and pillows they were so comfy. 31 August 2014
