Everything was good except one morning at breakfast when the restaurant waitress did not serve me any beverage to go with my meal. I had to go out and purchase my own beverage. The bedding was WONDERFUL! I slept like a baby. Other than the morning at breakfast everything all in all was Excellent. 12 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and great value Very satisfactory hotel. Carpets in the room were a bit old and showing some age. I suspect it had extreme wear and tear from Augusta Masters Tournament guests over time. It does need to be changed. Bulb over the tub in the bathroom need replacement as it did not turn on. There were enough lighting in the rest of the bathroom though. Overall, great hotel with minor improvements needed. No big complaints and will stay again if in the area. 10 December 2014

We were very disappointed in the restaurant; the food was not good. We have stayed here before and remember the food being very good but I don't believe it was a buffet. I remember ordering off a menu and we ate breakfast there every morning of our previous stay. As for this stay once in the restaurant was enough; food was cold, the eggs were rubbery, the cantaloupe was not ripe (hard) and the muffins were dry. None of the "hot" breakfast even looked appetizing. 01 December 2014

Expected better response to maintenance issues that arose on the second night...don't accept a room by where the smokers congregate or near the elevators if you want to rest. 26 November 2014
