We had a great experience here the first time we stayed so re-booked for our return trip three weeks later. Alas, service took a major slide, accessible room lacked accessibility, beds were very soft and uncomfortable and when I called with a concern over the toilet flushing completely, a person arrived with a plunger, handed it to me, saying, "Well, I work in the kitchen." Ugh.

Excellent service and very friendly and courteous staff. Room was in excellent shape and met expectations. Only drawback was that I chose a first floor room and there was a bit of street noise - nothing terribly bad, but took a while to get used to. Otherwise, excellent stay!

The service from the front desk staff was good. We arrived late and were given a handicapped room which had lots of extra space. Check-in/out was easy and quick. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we all got a great night's sleep.
Our only complaints were:
* the bedding did not appear to have been changed. It was clean, but looked slept on.
* the floor of the room seemed to have an odd, uneven slope to it that made us slightly dizzy to walk on.

Overall very good. No continental or complimentary breakfast. No first floor rooms.

Too expensive given amenities for leisure stay. I had requested 2 rooms when I called directly to the front desk and only one reservation was made from that phone call. Another room was available at the same rate when I arrived, but there was no real concern or customer service at the front desk about this mishap. I had a confirmation number, but it did not occur to me that only one room had been processed by the person who took my reservation. I had to call because I wanted a AAA rate and this is not available via the online options.
