Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Excellent Staff and great hotel We had a meeting at the downtown conference center. The hotel staff went out of their way to shuttle us to and from the meeting as well as the airport. The staff was extraordinary and this includes front reception, food service, and cleaning staff as well as shuttle drivers. Overall, just a great and comfortable and reasonably priced hotel. You will be glad you stayed with them. 28 October 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Cramped North Tower This was our first stay in the North Tower; we have stayed several times in the South Tower where the rooms have always been very nice. However, the North Tower room, which was the same price as the South, was much smaller. We had to edge around and between pieces of furniture. The bathroom was angled into a corner. It was also very noticeable that the hallways were not being cleaned. We arrived on a Friday and departed on Sunday although litter in the hallways remained the entire time. We will never again agree to stay in the North Tower even if it means seeking out another hotel. 25 October 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Austin - Town Lake The hotel was located very near the Congress Bridge and Rainey Street where I wanted to be. It was basically a good experience, not overly fancy - but the bar area was really nice, and Santiago the bartender was great. I would recommend it, people were friendly. 24 October 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast service Went for breakfast coffee was not good (cloudy looking) bitter. No one around at the egg station when I went there. Gravy handle was full of gravy (must of fell in the gravy) not cleaned up. Most of the items were luke warm 23 October 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Call center reservation agent are incompetent. I had to make many calls to confirm the four rooms I booked was reserved as I requested. The call center reservation agents are not competent beyond booking a basic room. My suggestion would be to call the hotel direct and insist on booking with their in house reservation manager. 22 October 2014
