We felt very comfortable as different service personnel came to engage with us, ensuring we were being taken care of. I would say this was much surpass standards even in the European region of Holiday Inn which I have stayed before. Great people and service. 25 February 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Lounge Access Would Have Been Nice As a Gold Member, just about every other hotel chain of which I am a member grants me lounge access or tries to give me an upgraded room as an encouragement to remain loyal to their brand. Apparently, IHG doesn't have the same policy: therefore, I'll just stay at a competitor next time who does recognize my loyalty and values my future business. IHG might want to reconsider its member policies and give a little consideration. 22 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service & Comfortable I always stay at this hotel when in Bangkok and I never have any complaints. I book Executive Room and enjoy the Executive package and facilities. All staff warmly welcome me and always make me feel comfortable. The move of the lobby from the ground floor to L9 is an improvement as is the separate Executive Lounge access, breakfast in lounge and check-in/check-out. From concierge right through to chamber maids, all staff are attentive, receptive and provide an excellent customer service. The hotel location is ideal for all the leading shopping malls on Sukhumvit with many restaurants nearby. It is just10 mins walk from the nearest BTS (Phrom Phong). I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Bangkok. 21 February 2015
