Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Inflexibility While the property is well maintained the staff was inflexible to their policies. Despite spending several nights a month in this property and being a Gold member they were unwilling to allow me to extend my check out by one hour without paying a half day charge even when the property was not full. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good price for the Brand Stayed 2nd time in this hotel in 12 months. Same room same floor. Last year the room was clean. This time the carpet has spot and the toilet flush has gone very loose that needed a hard push. Though complained it was not fixed as the guy was not able to understand clear english. The shower had an issue with no water running and accumulating in shower base. It was fixed rapidly. The food from Maya is okay. The hospitality staff is good. The house keeping staff cleans the shower base and toilets with the same towel and face washers they give to the guest!!!! 09 April 2015

It is a an enhanced Holidayinn, better than a typical hotel of the chain, rooms are spacious and modern although the common areas, like the lobby, executive lounge and reception are dull. The high light of my one day stay was the exceptional treatment of the on duty manager and the staff with a bad odor problem that I noticed entering my original assigned room. On the spot I was offered another upgraded room plus the use of the executive lounge! 08 April 2015
