Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay but lake of awareness of IHG "Gold Elite" benefits Was an excellent visit, started with warm welcome, lovely environment, smiley faces, so quite and peaceful rooms. Room service was fast for food delivery but had to wait until next day for laundry! The bath room amenities were less as compared to IntrerCont or Crown Plaza. Overall the place was safe and experience were amazing, so I would definitely like to make it once again, Only one issue bothered me a lot which was so weird that almost the whole staff were either misleading me on the benefits of IHG Gold Elite membership OR even had no idea at all about it!!! except the front office manager Mr. Elie who was trying his best to let me feel fine. However, he himself mentioned that they have not been notified with these awards and I personally sent him the email of IHG "Gold Elite" rewards in order to help him following up on this subject!! I request whom is responsible on this program precisely to educate the hotels you have in your chain with more information, since it really made me think that IHG "Gold Elite" rewards are such a lie and I will never ever recommend it to anyone! It is enough being registered as a regular member as I got no special treatment for showing a "Gold Elite" member. August 2, 2015

WiFi extremely slow and unstable. Although I paid for my stay in full (USD) during check in, I had to pay an amount in LBP on check out, still don't know why exactly. July 13, 2015
