Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great choice We stayed at the Holiday Inn Binghamton-Downtown multiple times and it's been a very consistent experience. When booking hotels on a regular basis, that is what I look for... a consistent, high-quality, welcoming experience. That is the Holiday Inn in Binghamton. We come up for business purposes multiple times a year and staying here is almost a guarantee. I recommend the hotel for all purposes. October 2, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful hotel Room for one plus dog was small but nicely furnished. For a hotel that allows dogs (mine included), everything was spotless and quiet. Bed was comfortable; however, I, personally, had difficulty sleeping - no fault of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Menu was limited, but burgers were good. Iced tea was not good (minor inconvenience). I would definitely stay here again. September 30, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by The unfortunate experience The experience I had with the breakfast on Friday morning was terrific; it was Monday morning that the "business hours" had changed and I was not made aware of this. I was in fact told the wrong time, (the old hours from what the front desk told me), when I was offered the complimentary breakfast in compensation for the internet not working. In addition to this, with not having access to working internet, (it worked intermittantly), I fell behind in work and had to rush home to catch up. This Holiday Inn was intended to break up a very long drive from Virginia up to Norfolk, NY with my husband and 1.5 year old toddler daughter--it created more stress than relief. I would like to mention, Sunday Evening, there was a gentleman bartending-he closed the bar by himself so it should be fairly easy to determine which employee--unfortunately I don't have his name--that was exceptional! I had my daughter there in the lounge with us visiting friends we hadn't seen in years and he was very accommodating with assisting me in order for me to meet my daughters snack/water needs to keep her plesant.
