Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice for a Conference When I rate a hotel, I am not comparing it to another hotel. I am rating it based on the individual experience of my stay. The conference ran smoothly as the staff was always prepared for our needs and even when we needed changes, were quick to respond. On a personal level, I liked my contact with front desk for a few needs as I was always dealt with in a courteous and truly friendly manner. The waitress that worked so hard during our meals was just a joy to have serve us. The food was pretty good when feeding this many people. Decent variety for all dietary needs. All in all, I rated this hotel high based on the great customer service, cleanliness of my room. I did notice that any noise in hallways could be heard in the room, but I didn't consider that something most hotels can control. 10 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I think I stay here too often!!! Check in is always remarkably smooth at this hotel. It's nice to see the management staff always actively participating at this hotel. They don't hide out in the back. The bar area was busy but Sabrina did an excellent job taking car of everyone, even some obnoxious gas drilling employees. She even remembered the beer I like to drink. Check out was very smooth and when you walk up to the counter Kristina has the best smile. It feels like you're walking up to a friend you haven't seen in a while. Keep up the amazing work! 08 December 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great value and service My family and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Binghamton-Dwtn (Hawley St) and enjoyed our stay immensely. We really appreciated the kindness and accommodation of the hotel staff to answer our needs. The breakfasts and dinner that we had in the hotel's full service restaurant was excellent in terms of food quality and wait staff service. Our room was spacious and clean and was equipped with WIFI and Cable TV. The in-room coffee maker was appreciated as well. We will stay at this hotel in our future trips to Binghamton. 03 December 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Keeps Getting Better!!! This has become my go to hotel in Binghamton. I stay here about every 2 weeks. My last visit was 11/18. I wish I knew the name of the gentlemen who checked me in - younger guy, brown hair, well groomed beard - he's great. He's efficient and friendly and I wish every check in experience at a hotel could be this great. I received a really nice letter at check-in thanking me for my repeat business and if I need anything to let them know. This type of recognition makes me want to come back more often. Rooms are well kept and up-to-date. Rachel and Sabrina rock! They are fantastic behind the bar and at the restaurant! I would hire them in a heartbeat to work for my company. If you stay here, make sure you go down and visit the bar/restaurant - great conversation and it makes what could be a very boring stay worth it. 21 November 2014
