Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No parking for Disabled Drivers I would advise any disabled person who arrives with their own car to find another Hotel to stay in. Staff could not care less and said it was Hotel Policy to allow any car to park in the Disabled Drivers parking spaces. Not Holiday Inn's finest. 15 July 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Another good stay I've stayed at this hotel many times and am always made to feel welcome by staff. Also received a room upgrade (plus the offer of extra points or a drink) as a Gold Elite member. The only negative I would mention is that the parking charge since my previous visit has doubled to £17.00. 15 July 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by would not stay here staff had no idea, shuttle bus had broken down, had to wait for taxi to airport instead, then flight back taxi we had to pay ourselves £12.00, which should have been free but we were not told that we would have to get train out of airport then wait another hour for Holiday inn to get taxi to us, spoke to staff and manageress on return for our car, No one was interested !!! Definately will not be staying here again. !! 15 July 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Airport Hotel Great to see the air conditioning working at this hotel as it has been most unreliable in recent years. Free Internet access at last a welcome bonus. Shuttle minibus to and from Birmingham International Railway Station (for airport and NEC) excellent, with friendly drivers. Would like to see a mini safe (large enough to contain an average laptop) in each bedroom. 14 July 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent value if you can get a deal A deal either through the hotel, or one of the agencies, particularly with holiday parking, can represent excellent value. The staff are excellent, and would particularly praise all the reception staff we met. Other staff too are polite, and helpful. Our room had clearly been recently refurbished, and hopefully typical of the rest of the hotel, was bright, clean, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The public bar area and reception seating are clearly very old and have suffered the odd knock, but are functional and comfortable. In an ideal world, these would be replaced, but a business has to balance its books, and these are minor criticisms. All in all, very satisfied, and will certainly return. 02 July 2014
