Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Food Show NEC The hotel is very close to the NEC and provides a shuutle service which is free so perfect for our visit to the Good Food Show.The staff were friendly helpful and professional.The rooms were clean and adequate for our needs(although one sachet of coffee each is not enough).The bathroom was spotless and towels big and fluffy. Our only gripe was with the newly opened Marco Pierre White Reastaurant which was understaffed with young people who didnt seem to have much clue about the food or how to serve it.However they were very friendly and with more training im sure the situation will improve June 29, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable overall stay Comfortable stay. Pleasant, efficient staff. Presentational issues: The curtains in the first floor conference room were hanging off the runners. The water at dinner had a funny taste - however the waiter changed it to bottle water which was fine It would have been nice to have biscuits in my room to enjoy with a cup of tea/coffee June 23, 2015

However, the service for food in the bar was not as good as I would have expected. to have to wait over an hour for a pizza does seem excessive. They did apologise profusely and gave me a free drink. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mostly good, a little bit of bad. Nice modern suite and bathroom, comfortable bed/sitting area, complimentary wifi/bottled water/orange juice/candy bar. Electrical outlets were few and far between, the rest of the hotel was really hot for some reason, and the bellhop didn't load my suitcases onto the shuttle to the airport as I asked. Fortunately I checked with the driver before we departed and we discovered they hadn't been loaded. Finally, the airport shuttle really only takes you to the train station, where you have to get the monorail to the airport. If you're traveling RyanAir, for example, you're much better off taking a taxi. June 17, 2015
