It was cheap and not very cheerful - don't go for the food option, dried up tasteless rubbish - eat out if you don't want indigestion or stomach complaint! Unless it is necessary to stay here - try elsewhere! 04 March 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Value for Money This is a convenient Hotel for business or Leisure stay, within 3 minutes from Junction 7 of the M6, yet very quiet, great Breakfast, I did not have evening meal or use the bar; however on observation it well used. I have stayed at this hotel on many occasion, this stay was exemplary as there was more staff on duty and each one was polite and smartly dress. 04 March 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Renovation Hotel was ok but was a lot of renovation taking place which means new rooms next time around. Bar was ok but a couple of time had a large head on the beer so had to get it topped off. Bar food was also ok but portion size was just a bit small for the price. Great breakfast though which more than made up for the bar food. Overall a good stay. 03 March 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel - BUT BEWARE I have stayed at this hotel a few times, It is very cosy and good value. However, they are notorious at not putting through the correct amount of points for your stay. I have had to chase for missing points from this hotel on many many occasions. On this stay, I booked a 5000 bonus point package, and completed the promotion for an extra 1000 points for eating at the hotel (confirmed with reception that evening), neither of these were added to my account. The rate I booked also included a breakfast, again confirmed on check-in (although it took the receptionist a long while to check this), I didn't realise until after I had checked out that they had charged me £14.95 for breakfast. I have attempted to get this refunded, but as yet I have had no correspondence form the hotel. Very dissapointing, and a pity as I would normally use this hotel frequently, but I am now considering using the Walsall one instead even though it is more expensive. 01 March 2015
