We had previously stayed at this hotel before and so knew of the high standard of service and comfort from last time and we were not disappointed. the room was excellent and just what we wanted , the staff as before were happy to help with any query and courteous and the breakfast in the morning was again just what we wanted. Overall yet again a most pleasant and relaxing visit to a Holiday Inn hotel. May 12, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay and service I stayed in this hotel for 4 weeks booked by my company. Room was comfortable and they kept the same room after every weekend. Good choice for breakfast and always ready even when dinning room was very busy. Staff very professional and always willing to help. Highly recommended. The only issue I would like to point out is that nobody explained how to access online to the IHG rewards account that we asked a couple of times or how to get a pin number to access to this. However this time they somehow forgot to add my Platinum status to my account, despite me staying here for years. Generally it's excellent, but poor show not to recognise a regular guest and no effort was made to fix it by pretty poor reception staff. May 10, 2015
