Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service Great hotel for a short break, Staff was a great help. Room are clean and bed are comfortable. The meuns are good value for money. The only one bad if there a part and you are on the first floor you can heard the music. Just check for booking. Close to the train station and 10 minutes you are in the town city 13 December 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very relaxing We would certainly visit Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre again we would recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay whilst in Birmingham. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and the bedrooms are very spacious. The buffet breakfast was excellent lot to choose from and the staff there are really pleasant and helpfull. 12 December 2014

The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Good situation, very close to shopping area and loads of restaurants. I would use this hotel again. 12 December 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Breakfast We stayed one night after going to a local concert. The Hotel from the outside looks dated, but internally it is more modern. We had booked our parking in advance with the NCP car-park and couldn't get our 50% back for using the hotel.. you need a parking ticket!! the on-line receipt wasn't enough. Our stay was comfortable but the noise outside on a Friday night was louder than we are used to. That said we managed to sleep. The breakfast in the morning was the highlight of the visit. A good selection to choose from and of a good quality, We would stay again if visiting, it is convenient for the town center. 10 December 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not a hotel for a quiet weekend This is a very noisy hotel on Saturday nights. Despite having a room on the sixth floor the traffic noise well into the small hours made sleep difficult. I expect the hotel realises this as it provides free earplugs! The double room was very small and uncomfortably hot. Attempts to turn the heating down or off failed - it kept coming back on at 25C. On the plus side the hotel is centrally located making it ideal to explore the city centre and the breakfast buffet is very good. 07 December 2014
