buona struttura, personale molto amichevole e pronto a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti.
Unico neo, poche prese di corrente (al giorno d'oggi ne servono davvero molte!!) e l'impianto di condizionamento ... non abbiamo trovato come accenderlo

Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet établissement (notamment grâce à l'accueil et à la qualité du personnel). l'emplacement y est très bien aussi, les chambres sont calmes et la literie de très bon niveau. Petits déjeuners copieux et variés.

nous avons découvert cet hôtel sur internet et tout est conforme.Très calme côté cour ,et facilité accès parking.Propreté et confort au rendez vous ;petit déjeuner servi en chambre excellent et varié.nous reviendrons à notre prochain séjour à Blois.

Arrived at night. Receptionist spoke very poor English. Every other IHG I have been in offers Welcome Bonus Points OR a drink. Not this one. Only a voucher for a drink is possible. Air conditioning is a very noisy device in the room that only circulates warm air. Pillows are small. The breakfast area is much too small for the number of rooms. It gets very crowded (to the point where I compared it with daily food rationing in a refugee camp) and is quite limited (the average HI Express does a better job). I complained about the latter and it was scrapped from my hotel bill.
All in all I would avoid this hotel. It is not what you would expect from a Holiday Inn (and do have to admit that this is the least consistent brand within the IHG family).

- Air conditionnė bruillant et pas efficace.
- Lit relativement confortable, trop dure a mon gouts, peut-^etre avoir un sur-matela plus souple a proposer.
A garder: eau pour se desaltėrer, personnel agrėagble, proproté,parking, ..design et architecture.

It is unacceptable that no effort was made to repair the A/C and that it wont be fixed till next year.
All I want are points refunded because I did not get what I booked online.
The Hotel knew they had no A/C service and therefore should have advertised accordingly.

We were travelling from Spain to UK with several stops along the way. This hotel ranks as best of the hotels we chose. It is convenient for city centre and we visited nearby chateau and city centre.
