Unfortunately the noise generated by the Air Conditioning units made it impossible for me to get a get a good nights sleep. I even had my own ear plugs. checked out at 4am just so I could get home and catch up with my sleep in a nice quiet bed.

although our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, I do feel that the holiday inn were let down by the attentiveness of their breakfast serving staff. no good morning, lucky for a glance, having to wait for empty used tables to be cleaned and reset, having to ask for glasses and plates, having to ask for bread. really all round very poor staff. too busy standing with their backs to guests chatting.
Breakfast quality was fine, chef and kitchen workers far more polite than serving staff.
