I had a very nice executive room with separate lounge which was very comfortable, food and staff were great. I will definitely return when I am in the area. 03 December 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average Stay - Staff Lovely The hotel is very dated and needs updating. Seems to be a bit of a maze to get to most of the rooms. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection was poor, however the cooked English breakfast was very good. 03 December 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another pleasant experience Despite arriving early my colleague and I were made very welcome and allowed access to our rooms. The staff were very attentive and provided us with coffee and sandwiches whilst we were working in the bar area. The rooms, as always, were of a good standard. Breakfast was delayed but when available the food was excellent. I have stayed at this hotel on 3 occasions in the past 2 months and will continue to do so when in the area. 02 December 2014

The hotel is situated in an old building with character which is a positive for the overall experience. Overall the hotel is tired. 30 November 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 1st class Hotel We aim to stay at this Hotel when visiting family in the area. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Food choices and quality is exceptional.The bedrooms are larger than average. The Hotel is set in lovely gardens just a short way off the beaten track but well worth it. Would highly recommend staying at this venue. 29 November 2014
