Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Tong Village an ideal location Extremely good value for money and comfortable. The hotel is looking a bit tired now but you cannot knock the value for money. Avoid wedding nights on a typical Saturday or even Friday as it's noisy unless you are well away from the public areas. 19 November 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Bradford Leeds Holiday Inn - Tong Lane I was staying in the hotel on business and was extremely disappointed. I booked an executive room and upon arrival and check in, I was told there were no executive rooms available. The member of staff were extremely apologetic. Waking up in the morning, I found a lot of lady birds on the desk in my room and all over the window. I called reception and the duty manager came up to my room. I was surprised that he brushed this off to the window being open. Extremely poor service. I was not given reassurance at all. In fact, I quote him saying "if it were cock roaches I would be concerned, however, lady birds do not harm". At this point I couldn't believe he was actually trying to justify this. Upon check out, knowing how bad my stay and experience was, I was offered £20 off my room rate and that was only to compensate for the room mix up, not the poor hygiene. I will not, I repeat, will not stay at this Holiday Inn EVER again. I have made my company colleagues aware of my experience and they will not be staying with you either. 16 November 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Cold Shower As Mother of the Bride i don't expect to shower in cold water and have to wash my hair in cold water at 7am on a sunday morning because the hotel has no hot water until it warms up 20 mins later.....on a wedding day timing is everything and you dont have 20 mins to sit around waiting for what is a basic need in a hotel....hot water! 13 November 2014

The room was a good size and beds were comfortable.The breakfast was adequate. Overall a nice hotel in a charming village. 05 November 2014

Fitness Suite - when will the bike be fixed or replaced, pedal straps broken for some time. 03 November 2014
