Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Early Start With an early morning flight we decided to stop overnight at the Bristol Airport Holiday Inn. Made to feel very welcome by staff. Evening meal was surprisingly good. The room was comfortable and quiet. We didn't expect to get breakfast before we left but the Continental Breakfast started at 4 am which was a real bonus. Transport to airport was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend this hotel. February 5, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Standards are slipping We have stayed at the Holiday Inn many times but each time the experience is less enjoyable. The price when using the parking facility is high. The food this time was poor and we did advise our waiter of this. We were offered a free coffee and my meal was reduced. As we were warm in the room we took the duvet out of the duvet cover, the cover was fine but the duvet was tired, bobbled and looked dirty. I did advise reception of this. I feel another hotel of the standard this one used to be is needed to help bring the standards back up. February 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Comfortable and convenient We have stayed at this partcular Holiday Inn three times now, and have found it very convenient for the airport. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are a good standard, and clean. One small gripe would be that there are not enough tea bags and milk supplied, but if you ask at reception they will give you more. The food is good quality and the staff are very friendly but also very efficient. We will definitely stay again. February 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient for Bristol Airport The staff at this holiday Inn are fabulous at dealing with a lot of people very quickly and efficiently. There is a bus to the airport for a small fee but the park and stay takes the hassle out of trying to find somewhere to park at the airport The rooms are fine - although some soundproofing would be of benefit when there are noisy guests in the next room! The food is ok, service is fine - not somewhere you would take your partner out for the night to but for an overnight stay its fine February 3, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great value, superb staff, but let down by poor breakfast Our room provided everything we needed and was very clean. The bathroom lighting could have been a little better. The staff at check in and check out were extremely pleasant and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant on our first night which was ok. Nothing to get excited about but it was fairly cheap and cheerful and good value for money. Sadly breakfast was not up to the usual HI standard. Hot food had clearly been on hotplate for a couple of hours and no staff on our second morning so even the decent coffee wasn't available. Despite the breakfast our two night stay was good value for money. February 3, 2016
