Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay :) Does what it says on the tin! Fantastic hotel close to the airport with great staff and delicious food! WiFi in the guest rooms was a real bind - having to go through a tedious logon procedure which then gave non-existent internet! That coupled with very poor mobile coverage on 3 different networks meant I was pretty much uncontactable! Other than that - a completely perfect stay! 21 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Usual high quality but change in parking. Exactly what you expect from a holiday inn. Clean, comfortable and good facilities. Ideally situated for the airport. Parking has changed and they now charge £5 a night to park at the hotel. I understand why they need to do this with the Airport being so close and people parking while waiting for planes to land. Booked online and only mentions the parking if you click into it and with most Holiday inns not charging for parking I missed this. when I checked in it was late and just wanted to get to my room so car details were not entered. Had a parking ticket come through and spoke to Craig on reception who called me back within 10 mins having sorted it out. Excellent customer service. Cant fault the hotel and more importantly cant fault the staff. 19 December 2014

The only complaints arethe free wi-fi is very slow and must pay extra for higher speed wi-fi and the tv channel selection is poor. Otherwise a clean, comfortable room. 17 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Does what it says on the label ! 4th or 5th stay at the Holiday Inn Bristol Airport for (basically) leisure purposes. Great shuttle service to the airport and back and the parking package for 4 days was brilliant. Food and drinks in the premises are very expensive but there's a great pub 1 mile down the road which caters for everyone. I guess if you're on business the above doesn't matter too much as it goes against expenses but for the traveller it can be a little pricey !! That said .... depending on what you're up to, do your research and overall you can have a great, convenient and reliable service. As I said, it does what it says on the label. 16 December 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Airport stopover Like most Holiday Inns it served its purpose & you know what to expect when you arrive. One thing which was ridiculous was the £5 fee for parking!! This hotel is out in the middle of nowhere & on a busy main road leading to Bristol Airport. Where else are you expected to park but in the car park?? They have you over a barrel so are making money out of something you have no control over which I feel is very wrong. 12 December 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Watch out for the Parking Charge Stayed at this Hotel on the 23rd/24th Nov. Paid for parking but still got a £100 charge. Phoned the hotel on the 4th Dec who said they would sort this out. Get home today (11th) and have a reminder that I have a £100 parking charge outstanding. Phoned the hotel AGAIN and again they say they will cancel the charge. I wonder - perhaps the manager will call me back on the phone number that was taken in order to confirm the parking charge has been cancelled. 11 December 2014
