Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cold rooms As descibed 3 times now, the room was unable to hold temperature without additional heating, and even with the room was not comfortable enough to sleep in. On trying to book for the following weeks, I was greeted with a very high figure above what I paid. Availability was questioned and shoulders were shrugged at reception. Having tried to book again on friday last week, suprisingly the price had lowered considerably. I am a IHG member and find this practice unreasonable? 27 January 2015

The only possible thing which could have improved this experience would be reducing the price behind the bar! £15 for a double disaranno without mixer is insane, especially considering that's just about the price of a BOTTLE. Would never drink there again, however breakfast was great, rooms were fantastic and cleanly, staff went out of their way to assist. 27 January 2015

Junction Restaurant food excellent, but menu has not changed significantly for many months and could be refreshed. The staff at the hotel was very accommodating as we had arrived late in the night and provided adequate food for the room service.
