I have stayed in this Holiday inn multiple times - it is always as expected - convenient, fast service, good bed, easy check-in and -out... recommendable...

Good hotel and will stay there again if the need arises. Do not take a taxi from the airport as the taxi drivers gouge you for the short trip, especially if late at night. Rooms are clean and quiet, shuttle to airport is quick. Stayed there last fall and the food is OK as well. Great front desk staff.

Belgium is a nation of food lovers but the food here is consistently terrible.
The rooms are redecorated and modern looking but the shower is weak and the hair dryer is attached to the wall and also weak.
The heating/aircon system is attached to the outside of each room and makes a loud noise at the best of times but on the two nights I stayed this time, there was a really strong wind so they crashed and banged all night and I got no sleep.
The staff are really helpful and lovely but the hotel structure is below par for a business hotel or in fact any hotel. If I didn't have to stay there for work, I'd never stay there again. In fact, I think I'll have to break free anyway because I can't stand it anymore!

Arriving after a delayed flight was immediately made welcome at reception. This was continued in the restaurant which remained open for late arrivals.
The attentiveness and warmth of the staff throughout the hotel was much appreciated.
