Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Expensive with only average comfort The new automated check in facility was a good idea but unfortunately mistakes happen with the invoice. I was charge twice for my dinner in the restaurant and only after I complained this was refunded. Staff was very diligent in dealing with the issue but I was expecting more than 'sorry' especially was the error was only picked up on when I sent the 2nd email asking about the detailed invoice of the restaurant. A good hotel chain would have give points to one of their loyal platinum members. Too much to ask I guess. February 10, 2016

Buono il servizio navetta (ad orario) dall'aeroporto e per le principali strutture commerciali (su prenotazione). Ottima la palestra (non so la piscina) per attrezzature e pulizia. Al ristorante (buono ma nulla di speciale) un po' di affanno sul servizio. February 8, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by need to improve the automatic check-in desk Upon arrival one of the terminals did not work (a room key was stuck inside). The other terminal provided a key that would not open the room door. The staff on duty was helpful to provide a second key. Upon checkout the terminal did not recognize my reservation. The staff on duty tried to do something, still did not work. Although normally I prefer automatic checkins / checkouts, but here there's still lot to do, otherwise the staff on duty will burn out :) I spent two nights, and on the second night the WIFI did not work in the room. The staff on duty was aware of the problem but they could not fix it during the whole evening. Otherwise usually a highly commended hotel, although a bit overpriced. February 7, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I wish ALL Holiday Inns was like this... You walk into the lobby and it is like you have stepped into a very high end conference facility. You check yourself in using a really cool high-tech check in and key touch screen. Don't worry, if you cannot remember the reservation number, you can simply type the first three letters of your name and the machine will look it up for you. You get your key and you go to your room to check it out. The elevator and the hallways are quiet, even though you know that others are already enjoying their rooms. The room layout is similar to other Holiday Inns -- comfortable and familiar. Your television has some 50 channels -- something for everyone. I love news and there were nine (I counted them all) different news sources from around the world to view. I could watch a movie, watch cartoons, and watch native-language shows. The one thing I would add is the ability for me to "beam" my laptop or tablet to the screen. I would have loved to be able to watch the shows I brought with me over the large television screen in the room. The Wi-Fi is EXCELLENT and no frills but provide as fast as a signal as possible -- in my room, the lobby area, the restrurant area -- even in the parking lot. This is the place you want to stay at when in Brussels. I came here on business for the most part, but there is plenty to see and do around town and I was able to do so safely and without a rental car. February 4, 2016

There is no real reception, just an electronic booking in desk, and a junior interim to give out the keys. No upgrade offered even though I had spire status, no real welcome, and no free water. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by My stay in this hotel The hotel overall is very good, some issue that I encountered: 1. Upon arrival there is no reception only 8 monitors for self check in for there was no help. Only one staff members for +/- 6 guest that wanted to check in. This is not service. 2. The sheets where two days in a row not changed. The bed was made but sheets not changed. The second day I did find the manager and they came to change them, I was not given any price reduction for this inconvenience. January 29, 2016
