I was recognised as an IHG Rewards club member upon checking in and was given free access to Premium Wifi, a snack and drink voucher and upgraded from a standard room to a superior rroom.
Staff were great and very friendly and the room was fantastic, nothing at all that I could complain about, very modern and comfortable with everything working well.
The service and staff were so great that I did something that I rarely do at hotels for leisure - I ordered room service and I was not disappointed, great food beautiful presented from staff always with a smile on their face - I wish all hotels were like this.
It's been a little while since I stayed at a Holiday Inn, having visited a few places where IHG are not so prevalent including Scandinavia and Poland but this experience, the best I've had in a hotel for several years, really reminded me of what I was missing.
Full compliments to the team and staff, you have a great hotel that is totally focused on the guest with great attention to detail, if I return to Brussels I'll certainly be back!

Good hotel with excellent access to most things in central Brussels located next to the European Union and several embassies. Good access to Metro and airport bus.

Wegen Praktikumsende eines Familienmitgliedes suchten wir ein Hotel in der Nähe von Etterbeek (EU-
Area ). Das Holiday Inn Brussels- Schuman empfanden wir als Glücksgriff. Nettes Personal, geschmackvolle Zimmereinrichtung, tolles Frühstück, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr nah an der Metro-Station Schuman sind nur einige Highlights.
Positiv empfand ich auch die große Auswahl deutscher TV-Sender ( aber ausgerechnet mein bevorzugter Sender, ARD, fehlte ). WLAN-Verbindung war insgesamt ok.
Bisher unser bestes Hotel in Brüssel.
100%ige Empfehlung !
