Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room/great central location. A great stay, though for just one night. Very friendly and efficient Front Desk staff (and staff in general), clean room and linens, central location. Though the room rate was NOT on the cheaper end , by any means, the free guest parking in the garage certainly (figured in) made the room rate reasonable. I would stay here again, and hopefully a bit longer next time. 25 February 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ideal location and wonderful service We recently visited our daughter in Los Angeles and stayed at the Holiday Inn Burbank-Media Center. The service was outstanding. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Waitresses in their restaurant remembered our preferences from one day to the next and were very quick to serve us. The location was perfect for our visit to Los Angeles. We were close to many attractions and getting off and on the expressway was simple. We were very pleased with our stay at this Holiday Inn and we will definitely stay there again. 23 February 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel needs to be updated and rooms cleaned Stayed at the hotel recently for a single night with two of my friends. Our stay was in no way pleasant. When we first entered the room we noticed there was a smell (like we were staying in a bathroom). As we knew the hotel was fully booked we decided to just deal as we would be gone for the rest of the day and only needed the room to sleep. Sleeping was another issue. The AC was right out of the dark ages and was so loud we all had trouble sleeping. The unit had minimal controls, off, low or high. Needless to say, low might as well been off and high sounded like a plane taking off. The next morning as we prepared to shower we heard a gurgling noise coming from the bathroom. Looked inside and saw that there was a back goopy liquid coming out of the bathtub drain. It smelled like the sewer. Needless to say none of us felt like taking a single step into the bathtub. Mentioned our problem to the front desk manager (pictures of what came out were also shown). The manager seemed irritated and asked us why we hadn't complained sooner. When I explained that the problem had literally just happened, she didn't seem inclined to believe us. Needless to say, she gave us a small discount on our room, but wasn't really sympathetic to our plight. Especially, as three of us were unable to shower. 22 February 2015
