I was attending a wedding at the Royal Botanical Gardens and I lost my wallet. Your staff was able to transfer my deposit over to my girlfriends account so I wouldn't lose it, which was a very big sigh of relief! I eventually found my wallet at the local Wendy's where I left it : ), so it turned out to be a great day!! I thoroughly enjoyed your breakfast, your staff was very nice and attentive and the breakfast was delicious. If I stay in the Niagara area again your hotel will be at the top of my list!! Ashton M. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappinted in Burlington I am normally not one to complain at all ... but you asked. My stay was far less than perfect. Musty spell in my room. Even though I called ahead for late arrival due to border delay they could not find my reservation. Staff seemed confused. Key card didn't work from the moment I got to the elevator as I was on the Executive Level. Breakfast was just OK, Bathroom old and dated with tiny toilet. August 19, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not impressed! We booked at this hotel because I had stayed before and been happy with the accommodation - not so this time. When I turned down the sheets, I found the maid's key card in my bed. Obviously she had been there but we had to go to the desk to restock our own coffee cups and glasses since none had been left. Also, hair from past guest in shower and unless the size of beds has changed, I paid for a Queen and got a Double. I was too angry and frustrated at the time, as well as, too tired to complain so we stayed a sleepless night (fan for air conditioner incredibly loud) and left as early as possible in the morning. Staff checking in was friendly - staff checking out didn't even look at us or greet us. This is the first time I've ever written a review for anything - disappointing, will not stay again.
