Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by OK Exorbitant fee for breakfast which is ordinarily free. 01 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place To Stay Only thing I could suggest is offering a free shuttle service to local establishment for those travelers not driving. 28 February 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Quiet Room Great room and confortable bed. Bathroom not as clean as I would expect. Hair in tub etc. 27 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by We had a overall great stay :) The mattress was hard, not as nice as past hotel mattresses I have slept on. Breakfast menu selections were almost as expensive as the buffet offered, which made it stupid not to have the buffet for all you can eat. Pizza Huts crust wasn't as good as other crusts offered in restaurants. The kids said the pool water stunk (the chemicals?). 24 February 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable Staff very helpful and pool is great. Breakfast is very good too. Cleaning - had to request the room to be vacuumed and bathroom cleaned when we were still in the room. Otherwise they only left clean towels 24 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic Customer Service and very clean hotel I requested a main floor room at reception upon my arrival. There were none available at that time, but I was asked to come back after my meeting and one would be available then. I went back to reception after 3:00pm and found I was indeed booked into a main floor room. It can't get any better than that!!! I have stayed at Holiday Inn many times now, and every stay was as good as the last. Keep doing what you're doing ..... it works!! 23 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service All staff were friendly and personable. Check in and check out were a breeze. Bed was very comfortable Room and common areas all very clean. 23 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by No Free Coffee? When I checked in, I was given three coupons good for a free cup of coffee (to go). That impressed me immediately, and not in a good way. I thought, "If these guys are such cheapskates that they can't give away coffee to their guests, my stay will probably be awful." Almost all of the hotels I stay at not only offer free coffee, they offer their guests a free hot breakfast. That includes the hotel down the road that I had briefly considered booking for this trip. A coupon for a free cup of coffee to go is like a coupon for a paper clip. Why bother? I've been a Priority Club/IHG Club member for decades, and I can't remember receiving any little welcome gift that I found so cheap as to be offensive. To be honest, everything else was pretty much OK, but my first impression was simply awful. 20 February 2015
