Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good experience overall I was there for a scrapbooking event, room was clean, although we didn't spend much time in the guest room. We were in the Hespeler Room - which has recently been renovated/updated and looks great! During our last scrapbooking event, the kitchen brought over some complimentary french fries and warm cookies. They didn't bring anything this time - which certainly wasn't expected - but we all missed the yummy surprise treat! Overall the staff are very helpful and friendly, food from the restaurant is good and reasonably priced and the hotel is easy to access. Thanks! 29 September 2014
