Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Realmente no vuelvo a este hotel Fuimos de vacaciones con mi esposa y la experiencia en general no fue buena. La habitación estaba cómoda y tenía una bonita vista pero nos tocó a la par un familia con niños pequeños y no nos dejaron dormir bien varias noches. La calidad de los alimentos pésima, salvo las hamburguesas de la estación de snacks y la cerveza, no tengo un comentario positivo del all inclusive. La playa aunque es pequeña, es tranquila y pudimos tener una linda experiencia viendo el amanecer. La piscina está ok. Si se desea ir al centro de Cancún está muy bien ubicado y por ende la movilización está bien a un precio bueno. El personal del front desk no es demasiado cálido ni demasiado atento. Del resto de personal no me puedo quejar. En general considero que se pueden encontrar mejores opciones en la relación costo - beneficio. 06 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and Nice Hotel with friendly service I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful staff and the great facilities that this hotel offered. I will stay there again if I get to Cancun for either work or leisure. The location of the hotel was also very close to the water which was a great way to wake up in the morning. 03 April 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Buena Estadía, baja calidad de A La estadía en general estuvo bastante agradable lo unico que me gustaría mencionar es que la calidad de los productos ofrecidos tanto de comida como bebida son muy bajos y poca variedad, tambien mencionar que estabamos de luna de miel lo que fue mencionado al hacer la reserva y al momento del Check in, no existió ningúna atencion especial, ni upg, ni siquiera una habitacion con vista al mar. 25 March 2015
