Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Cancun Hotel made me feel like I was a college student I think this hotel was accustomed to serving spring break guest because I had to repeatedly ask them to fix the A/C temp, the maid had to be repeatedly asked to bring us wash cloths, the internet did not work properly, and the front desk crew was under staffed so we always had to wait awhile to get an answer. The washer left our clothes smelling musty. I just learned that I was not given points for our seven night stay and that was the only reason why we stayed there. The rate was good for staying there over New Years Eve. 29 January 2015

No hay restaurantes cercanos, por los cuales el poder tener una cena adecuada se limito a lo poco que se ofrece en el room service, 26 January 2015

The food is outstanding (we could only use the buffet restaurant as the other restaurants were either booked or not available). Clean room a bit small but overall, considering we stayed using our rewards points we were very happy. 06 January 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Vacaciones Diciembre 2014 El recibimiento en recepción fué muy bueno, el personal muy amable pero jamás nos dieron la clave de internet al llegar, tuvimos que preguntar por ella después y estaba súper lenta, la habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, tuvimos que pedir que lo revisaran. El personal de restaurante nada atentos, con esto me refiero a los meseros, parece que no les gusta atender mesas con pocas personas y optan por seleccionar mesas con más gente por eso de las propinas (pienso yo), pienso que deben atender a todos por igual. 05 January 2015
