The staff is like no other, from the Kathy the GM who always goes out of her way to acknowledge me and my colleagues over the years. A shout out to, Keyur, Crystal and Joann as well. Housekeeping is one of the best; they always do an amazing job. My room has all the comforts of home a microwave and refrigerator; it is spacious and CLEAN. The food in the restaurant is always good. A plus is the free shuttle to and from the train to NYC or the airport. This is a GREAT hotel with an AWESOME STAFF! 21 November 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fair price and service We had a great time at this Holiday Inn. The only thing that I didn't like much was the area where it was located, it fell a little bit unsafe. The lobby doesn't look up to date too. In general, perfect place to spend a couple of night when you travel to NY city. I'll come back for sure. 03 November 2014
