I felt very safe, the location is great but the pricing is excessive for the quality of the accommodations-add on the valet parking because parking your own car is a ridiculous task. The staff was excellent very friendly and helpful. 12 December 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by They could do better This is a wonderful hotel, but they could do better for their Platinum members. We were placed on the top floor to reduce noise which was appreciated, but we were not given any coupons for breakfasts in the main dining room even though they were not serving the complimentary breakfast for members. They should have. Moreover, we were there for a football week-end and a transport to the stadium was promised by the day staff, and reneged upon by the evening staff at transport time. No advance warning was given, and the female staff at the front desk was rude and snotty about it. As a platinum member, I should have been able to request a transport to anywhere at any time, but they do not honor that despite pre-arrangement. (And yes, 2 bell hops were available and on site.) If I come back to Charlotte for any future football week-ends, I will make arrangements to stay a hotel closer to the stadium. 12 December 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nice stay the stay was great with only one exception I was an early check in and the housekeeping staff was a little loud in the hallways however I brought it to their attention and the noise stopped. staff and food were really good, beds were very comfortable, rooms were very clean 11 December 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet and Spacious Room The desk staff was attentive and polite. The common areas were pleasant. The room was spacious with a common room and separate bedroom. The mattress was comfortable. And, most importantly, the room was quiet. 08 December 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Just fine but room was noisy Hotel staff was nice and location was close to business areas. Room was very noisy because of a/c and fridge. The heavy curtain does not close all the way, so there is still light when sleeping. Bathroom was small but efficient enough. I do like the pillows 06 December 2014
